I am absolutely outraged by the medias ability to put a scare in the public by simply using a catchy phrase "pink slime." this product has never made anybody sick, and is less likely to then the other meats we will be subjected to if these uneducated lies and myths continue! It blows my mind how a product that is safer and leaner for human consumption can get pulled off the shelves without even getting the facts straight first. Nobody seems to put into consideration that a substantial amount of foods that we consume on a daily basis contain ammonium hydroxide as well. I just can't figure out why we would try to fix something that is not broken. It is an advancement in technology that helps protect our families from deadly strains of bacteria such as e.coli.
