If you call taking money from one group to give to another creating jobs, then you are right.
Democrats do more for big business than Democrat supporters will admit. Regulations kill small business which creates less competition on what is suppose to be a free market. Higher business taxes kill small business which creates less competition in what is suppose to be a free market. Need I go on?
Government does create jobs simple. Deregulation causes financial disasters and causes medical harm to lives also. You were right about suppose to be free market which we have not had in this country in decades. Tax expenditures, loopholes, subsidies and etc. distorts the true value of products. Printing money distorts the true values of products and services.

Government only creates government jobs. Government POLICY can help the free market to add jobs to the economy. Unless, of course, we are talking about a liberal/progressive government. Then the exact opposite is true.
Government creates government jobs and private jobs. Yes government policy can should help the free market create jobs and grow the economy. You are right both democrats and republicans are liberal/progressive government members. Not always is your assumption right that liberal/progressive government does not help create jobs.

Ron Paul is the closest one to the so called conservative name. He is by far far far most trust worthy than any of the rest of them. That is saying something considering lying politicians.

REACTIONARY FANTACIST....

Sad, that nobody understands what Conservative means.

Dr Paul is no conservative. Paul is a reactionary. Please be aware taht the place and time Paul wishes to return us to never really existed, so in fact, Paul is a reactionary fantasist.

The closest thing to a conservative today is Hilary Clinton, who works to preserve the status quo; and wishes for a return to a time when things really did go right,(the 1990's.)

Those who call themselves "SOCIAL CONSERVATIVES" are actually theocrats, who, mostly, worship some aspect of Satan without realizing it.

Those who call themselves "TEA PARTY" are people who started off reacting against high taxes, blaming "GOVERNMENT;" who were quickly co-opted by the BILLIONAIRE Class, and were turned into puppets advocating "tax cuts for the rich" that they themselves sstill don'tr realize that they themselves wil end up paying for.

Those who call themselves "OCCUPY WALL STREET" are little differsnt from the Tea Party, except that they more correctly identified the real problem again, as the BILLIONAIRE Class; and were prompty painted with irrevelance by the media controlled by those same BILLIONAIRES.

The GOP primary field; other than Dr Paul are simply greedy bastards, with some leaning more toward GREED, and some leaning more toward BASTARD.

The GOP field had previously been populated with drop-outs,(Bachmann, McCain, Palin) who were mostly insane people. Dr Paul is probably, technically insane; but he is so entertaining and sincere that his unworkable "solutions" are tolerated with a smile and a wink.

Things started going bad when the US got off the gold standard and started printing money. Our money is only worth the price of paper and ink. It cost more to print a dollar than the dollar is worth. Toilet paper is worth more than the dollar bill.

So you want to decouple from the world, from reality.
Go back & re-read Bryant's CROSS OF GOLD SPEACH.

The "GOLD STANDARD" means deflation coupled with depression. Why would we want that?

It means we have some thing of value equal to the value of the money we print. Like collateral.
