If this is the way texass wants to go then everyone who receives a state paycheck including the governor and his minions, both houses in the legislature and all state employees should be tested. After all don't they receive taxpayer money? Let's see how perry the fairy likes peeing in a cup!

No elected person should ask citizens to do anything he is not willing to do.

As usual, follow the money. What do you want to bet Perry either got a lot of contributions from drug testing companies or he owns stock in them or both.

Texas is a pay-to-play state and Perry never does anything that doesn't benefit him personally.

Actually, aren't the food stamps to help the families? The children had nothing to do with their parents using drugs.

Remember also that these children that we do not want to have food stamps are some of the same children that some of us have fought so hard for these mothers to have these children. We want to tell the mothers that they have to have the children--but we don't want now to support the children.

To just me in Buda, Texas. No, I am not spending money on drugs and also am not and never have used food stamps.

Also, am not one of the 47 percenters. You see I am retired, over 65, and still paying taxes. Sorry there are more than 47 percent that were not for Mitt Romney and that is the reason the election was won by the majority.

Uh-huh. That's the Republican message.

The reason the Republicans lost the election is that we understand their message all too well.
