What a douche Perry is. He not only LOOKS like the missing link...he acts more from a stunted brain than humans EVER do, except the birthers.

"On November 12, 2008, Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson indicated that reviving the securitization market for consumer credit would be a new priority in the second allotment.[14][15]

On December 19, 2008, President Bush used his executive authority to declare that TARP funds may be spent on any program that Secretary of Treasury Henry Paulson,[16] deemed necessary to alleviate the financial crisis.

On December 31, 2008, the Treasury issued a report reviewing Section 102, the Troubled Assets Insurance Financing Fund, also known as the "Asset Guarantee Program." The report indicated that the program would likely not be made "widely available."[17]

YUP!!!!!

Which is why the 50% of TARP Bush gave out had NO regulations to pay it back and yet Obama has received a good portion of the 50% of TARP he was in charge of because he DEMANDED the banks pay back American taxpayers.

Rick Perry is "kidding" himself.

He's taken as seriously as Alfred E. Neuman is.

He's ready to fizzle out like a dud firecracker.

What's disturbing is that kooks like Perry, Cain, and Bachmann are considered serious candidates. And they truly are kooks becaues they believe things that are proven false--like Bachmann's idiotic comments on vaccines and Perry's rivial of the long-debunked birther issue --and they do not believe things that are proven true--all 3 candidates refuse to believe the overwhelming evidence proving man-made climate change [see http://www.lpl.arizona.edu/resources/globalwa... ; http://content.usatoday.com/communities/scien... ].

Obama presented his long form birth certificate just like all you birthers demanded. Yet you want to keep the hate alive.
