you apparently dont know the history of this district.it came about as the result of a federal lawsuit filed by the tenn gop to create a black district between nashville and memphis as there were no black representatives.he is as safe as they get

Well he didn't get my vote despite my Democratic leaning. Over the last few years, I've sent him several emails on topics of interest to me and he has ignored every one. Even an acknowledgement would have been courteous!
