Hmmm. I guess the people in TN ARE MORE DANGEROUS THAN IN VA.

In Va, they have been drinking and open carrying for years.

I wonder why we have not read about blood in the streets.

We should have, according to the BRADY BUNCH!

Hey GPM, have a great weekend.

This was posted in the comment section regarding the article above.

An "enlightened" human being would not want to carry a gun, for an "enlightened" human being would not want to kill other human beings. An "enlightened" human being would probably rather die himself than to kill others. An "enlightened" human being would consider all life to be sacred, and would believe in its preservation wherever possible. It is one of the saddest symptoms of the disease of conservatism that words are redefined so that good is bad, top is bottom, cold is hot, and so on. Obviously to the conservatives, enlightened people run around with guns saying "Bring it!"

This person who commented has the nerve to use the word disease? This comment did not overly surprise me but it does scare me. This just enforces the reasons why I carry a gun. This person would literally just stand there and watch someone being beat to death, raped, tortured etc... just to preserve the life of the attacker. Perhaps they would dial 911 while watching. Perhaps they would yell "HELP"!!!! What would this person do if it was their child being assaulted? Would this "enlightened" person stand there and think... hmmm... shall I preserve the life of my child or the life of the person assaulting my child? I am not a mental health professional but it is very obvious this "enlightened" person has some very serious issues. This person has made it very clear they would do nothing to prevent harm from coming to themselves, or any innocent person for that matter, if it involved taking anothers life. This person would rather die??? Now folks... that is a diseased mind. And knowing there are people out there who think this way just reinforces my reasons for carrying and defending myself, my family and any other human being who comes in harms way at the hands of some POS trying to take life away.

I wonder how sacred the "enlightened" bliss-ninny will hold the bad guy's life if he is threatening to murder his children or wife? Aren't their lives sacred too? Of course, he will have no way to stop it, but I am sure that he will rethink his position in the short time he has left.

Liberalism really is a mental disorder.

It is much worse than you think. I work with prey that believe you don't have a right to shoot people that break into your home.

And this guy in Boston is still teaching. Where was the hue and cry to remove this pathetic "progressive" when he wrote this letter to ed.

"But as a progressive, I would sooner lay my child to rest than succumb to the belief that the use of a gun for self-defense is somehow not in itself a gun crime".

And this guys God is now in the White House.

I can't wait for the Nov elections. The sooner we get rid of elected officials like this, the better.

Any parent caught observing a criminal murdering their kid should be charged with felony murder. It probably already is a crime.

Water makes you thirsty
Sun makes you cold
Gravity helps you float
Food makes you hungry
Parents don't protect their kids

Testament to the intense desire of people to want govt to control everything, especially to control others.

Liberals actually are angry Obama can't plug the Gulf oil leak himself.

Would it be unpatriotic to suggest that his scrawny ass wouldn't be big enough to block the outflow? Considering the effluvium that comes out of his mouth, the oil might be of less harm to the country.

Hey, he is in shape. I bet he would plug that hole just fine.

Liberals just love it when other people throw themselves on a grenade.
