I'd Like to Know: What to do about flyers on windshield?

QUESTION: Are there any regulations regarding someone putting literature on cars? It seems that even though a car might be in a public place, if you put something on it, tuck a flyer under the windshield or stick it on the vehicle in some way, that you are invading private property and littering.

This was probably the stupidest question ever ask by the public. would like to know what idiot even ask.

Throw the flyers down in the parking lot. When business owners see enough litter in their lots they have to pick up they'll tell these people to stop leaving flyers. Also I have called the law and complained about a certain business who repeatedly left flyers even after I personally went there and asked them to stop. I drive a mercedes. No one has a right to touch my car.

This is what you do..go to the the wipers, lift it up a bit and grab the paper with your other hand, in a fast motion pull the paper out. At this point you can either throw it away or just leave it in the parking lot, that part is completely up to you.
Really ..its amazing what people will complain about. I wish that was all I had to worry about.
