Hand them off to the feds for catch and release. They deport and the illegals are back within days. Until the border is really secured and the magnets that attract them eliminated, illegal immigration will not stop unfortunately.

The city councils that are boycotting Arizona are overstepping their authority. It is not just for that minority of politicians to boycott, whether they are nonpartisan or not.. It is purely oligarchic that the leaders are conspiring to execute the boycotts. Everyone is aware of the downturn in the US economy. The boycotts can be disruptive to the economy. The boycott of Arizona is a blatant show of support for the illegal immigrants that are exploiting the economy of the United States through employment, illicit drug sales, and other means.

All States need to follow Tennessee`s lead with regards to illegal criminals and border states need to follow Arizona`s lead to seal the border to stop the revolving door policy of the O`buma administration......

Yea Tennessee!!! We all need Governors like Tennessee and Arizona!!! This Democrat is against Amnesty and does not like the threat that the Latino Advocate groups made toward the Republicans "vowing to make them pay if they don't agree to amnesty" go to grassfire.com sign the petitions. Not all democrats are for amnesty. I will vote republican if need be.

I never saw the UCLU winning this lawsuit in the first place.

Heck, even Los Angles County checks the immigration status of all persons incarcerated in County jails.

You are right! I plan on supporting Arizona, my next vacations will be in Arizona and Tennessee. And what companies are part of the boycott will not get any of my business. I will boycott them and hope everyone else will stand strong and boycott them. Someone needs to set up a boycott website posting all the names of any company that is boycotting Arizona and list companies that are supporting them.

Mexico filed a brief with the United States District Court last Tuesday challenging Arizona’s controversial new immigration law. Officials with the Mexican government argue that the statute is unconstitutional and endangers the rights of thousands of citizens who legally visit the U.S each day.

The new law creates "an imminent threat of state-sanctioned bias or discrimination, resulting not only in individual injury but also in broader social and economic harms to its citizens," read the brief.

Now Mexico is part of suing one of our states. Mexico should have no say in what America does. Email this to your friends and family, put it on your facebook and ask your friends and family to do the same

"“I believe there has been significant political posturing on this issue,” Gov. Bredesen, a Democrat, said in a statement"

Notice the "political posturing" is plaing themselves on th pro-enforcement side. THe illegals are on real shaky groung at the moment.
