Excellent choice and an even finer man. He will restore excellence and fairness to this office. He is the most honest and fair lawyers in all of the state.

Excellence? Honesty? Fairness? What does that have to do with truth, justice, and the law? Fairnes? Again the law is the law and it alone determines what is fair and just. Not the great Randy York. David, Dance with the Devil and you too will get burned. You will not see those wounds until you wake up. You may not bear them but they will be disfuguring on the one's you love.

You may not have noticed this but, you are the only person who seems to have problem with Mr. York. And frankly, all of your rambling is quite old and pathetic and is simply cluttering up an already "way too' congested site as it is

Maybe I am the only person who is not afraid to speak up? Maybe I am the only person who looked past his deceit and found out that he was not all that honest.... Why do you care so much? It is not "rambling", it is the truth, and there is actualy a lot more bit I think you IQ is too low to understand anymore of my information. Way too congested site??? It is a forum: a place for truth and opinion. Something you seem intolerant of.

What TN needs wrote:
is mandatory sentencing laws with NO parole and no bail for those suspected of murder, rape, or habitual criminals. Tennessee could be a GREAT state if they would do what needs to be done. If I was govenor, it would be my goal to make Tennessee have the most severe penalties for violent crime and harsh penalties for habitul criminals, instead we are a state led by eunuchs
Well that might be a good plan if people in Tennessee were willing to PAY for all the prison cells that would be needed to incarcerate such a big percentage of the population. You get back in touch when the state gets an income tax. OK?

Everyone is paying for the crime in this state now. When the refugees went to texas from katrina ( including criminals ) the crime rate spiked significantly in the big three cities.. then it dropped.. why? because in louisiana criminals who are not brought to trial within 90 days are released, not so in Texas...they sat in jail until they went to jail and did hard time. Needless to say, a lot have them have left Texas. If you place tough laws and incarcerate people, the trash will leave the state..I have no hope for TN, you can live here with all the crack heads, meth addicts, and dumbass rednecks & gang bangers. But, when all the professional people nurses, doctors, teachers, etc. see they can go somewhere else and not have to deal with this crap then this state will REALLY be up a creek...then you can see who's laughing (me for one) I'm leaving this dump for a six figure income laughing all the way to the bank.
Ahh, there's the answer, just pass the trash onto other places. I see you have the mentality of not fixing the problem, just fixing your own comfort zone. Some idea you have there. Six figure income you say? LOL. Alright.. well don't flatter yourself by thinking we care or believe you. We need people who are willing to fix the problem, not pass the buck. So feel free to leave, we won't miss you here. On a final note however, I see that your theory of all the professionals leaving due to higher crime rates is really rather ignorant. Get back to us when Chicago starts loosing all of its teachers, etc. due to the trash, then your theory might be some what believable. LOL.
