All the States who back the Arizona Bill and the American citizens now need to file a class action lawsuit against the Federal Government for failure to enforce our immigration laws.
The Federal Government has just filed suite against Arizona.

Illegal entry not punished

Prosecutors say they lack resources, facilities

It's illegal to enter the United States without permission. At least technically.
Improper entry by an immigrant is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in prison. A second offense is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison.

But in practice, it's treated much less seriously.

"We basically do not prosecute that offense," said Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles. "Essentially, if you're an illegal alien and you come across the border and we find you, we almost never do anything."

Feds sue to block Arizona illegal immigrant law

By BOB CHRISTIE
The Associated Press

PHOENIX — The U.S. Justice Department on Tuesday filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Arizona's new law targeting illegal immigrants, setting the stage for a clash between the federal government and the state over the nation's toughest immigration crackdown.

N C Chick! Exactly! And we should file another lawsuit against Mexico for the billions we've been forced to pay for their people. Then after judgement, file liens on all Mexico-owned property in the U.S.A.!

Common sense-who knew?

Many illegal aliens have been arrested numerous times and only faced with deportation after someone is seriously injured or killed.

Before you know it all fifty states will have their own version of the AZ bill. The illegals will have no place left to run except back across the border. And won't that be a beautiful sight? Hallelujah!

We need more states to stand up so that the mexicans have nowhere to go but back to mexico. You have no rights when you are a prisoner. We should say when we identify illegals we are going to drop ship them to the other side of Afghanistan. Whoever the Afghanistans don't kill they can keep. If the mexicans think they are such bad asses then they are free to take over Afghanistan kick up their feet, and call it home. Then they can send for the other 58 members of their family, and no one needs to learn to speak english. If the Afghanistans kick their ass that is on them.

I can't wait for the day the cheer goes up across america when the court tells the federal government to go suck on a tamale ... the Arizona law stands.
It should accompany a stern chastisement for not protecting the border and enforceing our immigration laws as required.

Agreed, I love that suggestion. Get them in the pocketbook just like they got us. We can get some of our money back.
