Gov. Finds Money For Private Prison Amid Cuts

Republican Gov. Bill Haslam has found about $31 million in recurring money to keep open a privately run prison in West Tennessee while making deep cuts to other areas such as TennCare and higher education.
Gotta keep the industrial prison complex operating. After all, men need to have someplace suitable to live.
