The headline in a recent Chicago Tribune was stark and arresting: "A thousand shootings."

From just about everything I have read anti gun advocates never let facts confuse or get in the way of their agenda.

Why do you need a gun to protect yourself in Chicago? With gun bans only 1000 were shot? Looks like the gun ban thing works well for Mr. Quinn. Imagine how much better off we would all be if Liberals had a clue!! Maybe Mayors Against any Legal Guns will save us! I am thankful I do not live in Chicago. We are much better off in Connecticut, the Constitution State?? Quinn and Malloy believe the people they are supposed to serve must be ruled with unconstitutional controls. Read the book Animal Farm and compare to the Obama administration. See any similarities??

I am sure if any of the Chicago shooters were legal gun owners the media would be all over it.

Well you know, yesterday in front of the gun store there was a line from inside the store all the way around the corner. Apparently, hundreds of gang-bangers and drug dealers lined-up to apply for their FOID cards.

This happened after the police chief issued letters to potential murderers warning them to not murder anyone. No, I didn't make this up.
