Governor Pat Quinn on Friday held a press conference at Wrigley Field to bring attention to his amendatory veto on House Bill 183 - legislation that will allow and regulate the carrying of concealed handguns in public places.

There are "gunfights at the OK Corral" every day when firearms are carried in places that serve alcohol.

Oh, wait a minute, there isn't. Maybe this is just more fear mongering.

The same concerns were brought up when Ohio approved the carrying of firearms in restaurants that served alcohol. It was supposed to be a blood bath! Guess what? Nothing happened.

It has been more and more shown to everyone that the blood baths happen, for the most part, in "gun free zones."
