Governor Quinn announces a 'Clean Water Initiative' in Decatur creating 160 jobs
Last October, Governor Pat Quinn was joined by the EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson , labor leaders, environmental activists and local government officials to announce the launch of a $1 billion Illinois Clean Water Initiative, which will overhaul Illinois' aging water infrastructure.
