The states want federal immigration laws enforced, the federal government sues the states because they are trying to enforce federal law!!!

These lawsuits are a total waste of our money, and serve no purpose other than to make the Feds look more ridiculous than ever. There are certainly more important things it should be focusing on, like diminishing the amount of illegals already in this country, and going after employers who blatantly disregard our immigration laws in order to make a larger profit...as great expense to the taxpayer, who never sees much of a savings due to illegal labor.

If they spent their efforts and tax dollars on prosecuting illegal alien employers, it would go a long way to solving the illegal alien problem.

I predict the Justice Department will end up making the states put many of these laws against undocumented worker on the back burner. Many of these laws against us will not be enforced.
