I feel an early release for inmates who have proven themselves as will to change through completion of education programs should be immediately put into place. My brother Everett Campbell who obviously had a serious drinking problem has spent at least 2 years in prison. He has obtained his GED, Completed an Alcohol counseling program and has not been in any trouble. He 50 years old and I believe has learned his lesson. Use that space for Criminals who commit violent and sexual crimes. Let Everett go free, he is more than welcome to come live and work with me outside of the State of Indiana. What has happened to second chances?
