Heaven forbid that parents be allowed to send their kids to schools of their choice using a portion of the tax dollars they pay for education.
Poor children don't have time for public schools to improve. Public schools generally require 50% more funding per pupil while delivering substandard results for MANY of our kids.
To deny our citizens the right to choose a school of their choice with vouchers whose tax dollars they FUND is a strong armed power grab by teachers unions and does nothing good for the kids.
To deny vouchers for religious based schools by labeling it as a violation of the separation of Church and State is ludricous. These choices are freely made by parents NOT by government. To deny such choices would be a violation of the rights of our citizens to associate with religious based education for their children. That certainly seems to infringe on the freedoms to worship and of association.
The liberal left consistently attacks the freedom to worship and seeks to strip our society of any recognition of GOD as the creator of life and of our Liberty.
Thank God for good government in the State of Indiana.
To what end? Why is this so?
