to whom it may concern today was my 1st vist to the new walmart and my last. Every person i ask for to find something was rude and really didnt care; then when i did find the things i needed and went to check out, thay didnt no what thay were doing and there was only 1 checkout open just as bad as the old walmart. so i went to marshs where i enjoyed shopping and told mr. wrigley that he had my bussness for another 35 years.

Give them time please. I personally think a super wal-mart is a great addition to this town. The old wal-mart carried bare minimum of a selection of items and the new wal-mart has a much better selection.

The store is still new to the employees also, so hopefully it will improve with time.

Let the thieves of the town have that poor quality trash ridden store called Walmart. New it is, abused it will be. Just like the manufacturing workers overseas that work under the Walmart brand. Used, abused, raped, and pillaged.

This is not a super store people, Its smaller than what we had. Observe it next time you are there. All they did was give us slim pickings and added a grocery store. I for one will never call it a super store or center. Now Richmond has a truly super center.

You're right, take away the grocery and you would have a Super "General Dollar Store".

I know the point has been made more than once in the 230984098 other posts about how HORRIBLE the new Wal-Mart is that it is typical practice for a retail store to train their employees on the department they are working in. Therefore, if I am an employee in shoes and you ask me where the bleach is, odds are I will be looking for it WITH you because it's not a part of MY department.

I'm not sure how people justify the fact that they will NOT return to Wal-Mart because, basically, they were too lazy too look for something on their own and wanted someone to hold their hand and find it for them. Wow.

So, basically you're saying "F you, it's not my department, it's not my job. If you can't find it, I'll help you and make you feel studid." You work in a store, but don't have any concern about customer service. I'm sure you'll be in the unemployment line again soon.

I do not even work at Wal-Mart or any other retail store for that matter. If you reread my post, it's hypothetical. You can be clued in to that with my use of "IF".

I've never been in the unemployment line, period. I will not be unemployed, because I am not LAZY, and I come to my job when I am supposed to and perform 100% of my duties on a daily basis. In the same respect, I'm not LAZY nor do I expect someone to do my grocery shopping for me because I'm unwilling to take my own time to look for the item I'd like to purchase, which was the point of my post that you obviously missed.

If it's not my department then I don't care. Don't bother me! I'm trying to head to the back to smoke weed with my co-workers and snort pain pills.
