Under the U.S. Constitution, illegal Mexicans have no rights.
The Constitution makes no reference to illegal foreigners.

Rights are extended to U.S. CITIZENS, not citizens of Mexico.

What purpose does citizenship serve when EVERYONE has the same rights?

The liberals, starting with feminism and then political correctness, have given illegal Mexicans more rights than those who are born here.

There is a process which foreigners must take to become citizens.
Political correctness permits illegal Mexicans to bypass the process.

ANYONE from Europe or other predominantly 'white' country must, without exception, go through legal channels to become a U.S. citizen.
They must have a sponsor in the U.S., be financially secure, have NO criminal record, must be free of deadly diseases -
ANDDDD be able to speak basic English.

In the absence of ANY of the above, they will not be permitted to remain.

Furthermore, most illegal Mexicans have criminal records to begin with.
Illegal Mexicans in the U.S. are responsible for murdering over 3,500 American citizens every year.

Illegal Mexicans are carriers of deadly diseases, such as:
HIV/AIDS
CHOLERA
TYPHOID FEVER
SCARLET FEVER
MALARIA
SMALL POX
BUBONIC PLAGUE
ANTHRAX
SARS
EBOLA
... just to name a few

Illegal Mexicans, as well as illegal muslims, serve only one purpose.....
... to have them vote for liberal poiticians.

Indeed. Heaven forbid Mexicans are asked to obey the same laws that Americans have to while they are trespassing in our country.

Only in America is a woman awarded thousands of dollars from a lawsuit steming from HER spilling hot coffee on HERSELF! Only in America are the opportunities to advance oneself given priority to people who are NOT even American Citizens. From the ACLU on down to the local charity that provides clothes/food/books/field trips/store vouchers to illegal migrant workers...yet living in an apt. WITHIN their own town-lives American kids who can't afford a used backpack for school?

It's AZZBACKWARDS people.

All laws should be enforced. All legislation passed should stand up to court challenges. If Indiana passes a law that encroaches on a federal area, it MUST be struck down.

If Indiana wants to offer anybody in state tuition, including so-called illegals (or even you), it's fine with me. If they charge full tuition to all, it their business. If they want to deny a price break to illegals, draw up statutes that survive legal challenges. It's their business, not mine (and not yours).

I refuse to join you in bigotry against Hispanics. In no way, shape, or form do I want any identity with you, your world view, or your racism. It's Americans like you that disgrace us most in the world community; fortunately we're more than able to do the necessary damage control...

Why should Indiana be expected to offer in-state tuition rates for Mexican citizens when the same rates are denied for residents of Georgia?

So, show up at an Indiana university with a Georgia state driver's license and pay the full rate, but show up without a driver's license or proof of residence and get a reduced tuition rate?

How easy hard can it be to prove you're not a legal resident?
Think of the benefits.

California's policy of granting lower, in-state college tuition to illegal immigrants who graduate from its high schools is facing a challenge in U.S. Supreme Court from those who say it violates federal immigration law.

At issue is a little-known provision in a 1996 law that bars states from giving "any postsecondary benefit" to an "alien who is not lawfully present in the United States on the basis of residence within a state."

The federal law forbids giving "preferential treatment" to illegal immigrants "on the basis of residence" within their state.

Besides California, the states that offer lower tuition for illegal immigrants are Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.

Illinois raised the state income tax by 66%, is supporting a half million illegals and still can't pay its legitimate bills. How's that working out for you?
