She says she shouldn't be punished because her parents brought her here when she was 5. I say why should the rest of the country be punished because her parents brought her here when she was 5. Do you know how much it costs to support these illegals? BILLIONS! Not only that, she's taking up a seat at college that could have been filled by a legal citizen.

I am confident if a legal citizen has the caliber not body can stop them from getting the college education. You can have all the seats available in the world but if somebody doesn't want to study you can not force them

Not true. There was an incident where a kid got a college scholarship but it didn't include housing or meals. He hid out in the basement of one of the buildings and had to rely on his friends for showers and meals. He got his degree but where was the help for him?

Don't forget it takes money. If our Countries taxes weren't being used and abused by the illegal alien population, then monies could go to help American students. There are those who want to learn, go to college but don't have the monies even when they get scholarships.

I am confident that if they wanted to Illegal Foreign Nationals could enter legally. I am also confidant that if the U.S> education system did not have to blow money on ESL classes for Illegals our Citizens children would be better educated. I am confident if ILLEGALS were DEPORTED the ENTIRE Country would benefit almost Immediately!

This illegal mexihole should already be in a tent city somewhere in the midwest awaiting trial prior to being deported via leaky cattle boat to the southern tip of mexihole. But of course with the obamanation's defacto amnesty policy in which no amnestiable illegal mexihole future democratic voter is being deported, only non amnestiable mexiholes with criminal records are being deported, these illegal mexiholes aren't going to be deported. Get rid of the marxist communist progressive democratic traitors in 2012.

Sayra isn't going to be deported by ICE per the obamatation's defacto amnesty directive of not deporting any amnestiable illegal alien future democratic voters. So how long before Sayra has 2,3 or maybe 4 future democratic voter anchors like a good dreamie? That 18 years of marxist democratic welfare conditioning for future democratic voter anchors starts immediately on birth. It just doesn't make any sense to deport this illegal mexihole to save that 18 years of marxist democratic welfare conditioning for multiple future democratic voter anchors does it? Have the sheeple mostly lost all of their common sense?

I've contacted my US Representative and Senator voicing my opposition to all things relating to rewarding illegal immigrant behavior. What else can be done? I strongly suggest that illegals "obey" the 8th and 10th of the Ten Commandments. They should stop lying, cheating, and stealing. What rights do illegals have? We must unite NOW!!!

Why is it that American parents wanting to put their children in better schools by going out of their district be fined and imprisoned and illegal immigrants can get FREE education without any penalties? This has to stop!!! Americans, stand up and be counted against these injustices to legal citizens.

This all started long before the Obama days. When was the last time we had a president who really knew what he was doing? LOL I can't even remember anymore.

I don't care if she thinks she belongs here. The constitution does not agree with her.

Maybe the repubs should put an amendment into the Dream Act. If the kids came here through no fault of their own becasue of poppy and mama; then send the lawbreaking parents home. They are illegal aliens.

Quote: "...but it was still uncertain whether ICE would seek deportation."

WHAAAT??? What does ICE have to consider? It's pretty cut and dried, isn't it? These are not kids; they're adults (all are over age 18). What is there to consider? DEPORT THEM ASAP, ICE! What are you waiting for????

So then you are saying it is ok to let people who are illegally here to take these spots? I THINK NOT. People who are here illegally have no right to take anybody's spot, PERIOD.

The only spot they are entitled to is a seat on a bus trip back to their home countries. Heck, I'll even pay for it!

Was this kid legally or illegally here?

If he was the latter, I'm sorry, but I don't empathize with his plight, nor your plea. Where was the help for him? PUHLEEZE --- where is the help for all our homeless American vets?? Don't you get it yet? America is down to its last cent. Where do you think we would spend it, on an illegal or an American citizen??? DUHHH.

I don't think he was an illegal. Just a white kid who couldn't get any help.
