New Republic: Will Obama Run A Negative Campaign?

If Obama wins with a "negative campaign" focusing on the extremism of the Republican Party, he will make his second term a shambles, marked only by increased partisanship as insulted conservatives refuse to cooperate with his agenda.
Do you think he really cares. He has already stated that the Constitution is too restraining for him, the SCOTUS is out of line, and I think it is becoming increasingly clear that he is attempting to create a constitutional crisis. A total re-write with him having unbridled freedom -wait isn't that what Chavez did?

When and can you provide the actual quote from Hilary?

I think you are lying being you're in a state of desperation. You see the writing on the wall.... ROFLMAO

The GOP is out of ideas and Americans aren't going to allow the GOP to collapse the United States Government with unsound reasoning and policies devised to drown out the Federal Government.

WOOHOO PASS THE POPCORN!!!
Didn't Romney get to this point by blowing Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum out of the campaign with a succession of negative Attacks?

Despite Gingrich begging Romney to stop!

Now Romney want's to claim Obama is the King of going Negative, all the evidence suggest that going Negative is the premium of the Romney Campaign, that's his strategy to bombard the Republicans in the Primary.

What did he spend close to $100 Million on negative commercials?

Romney going negative prevented his record as Governor from becoming a topic in the debates.

Who could not see that strategy shaping up in the Republican Primary

With that he will have 40 percent of the vote he needs.
Dont worry about it....if it comes down to Romney vs Obama...

they'll be 100% GOP support for Romney.

There was 100% GOP Support for McCain/Palin in 2008 how is this promise any different and why expect different results other than the same defeat as shown in 2008?

The same people that hated Obama in 2008 for the same reasons, hate the President today. Not much has changed except the approval rate across the nation for the GOP is 9% this year.

I nor anyone else can see 9% Approval rate for the GOP transpiring into 11 Million more Votes or 100 Electoral Votes, the Obama Margin of Victory in 2008.

I personally believe some of you are setting yourselves up for a huge disappointment. Your politics aren't really attracting many people into your antiquated fold and ideology.

Romney like McCain will eventually pick up 55 Million votes, once again coming up short and defeated.

And 55 is down from the 59 McCain and Palin managed to get, it's down because I don't see a way that true Christians vote Romney. Sorry but some of those people have convictions that they aren't willing to compromise.

Women and Hispanic aren't likely to side with Romney against Obama.

In the General Debates unlike the Republican primary Romney is going to have to talk about his stint as Governor, another failed experiment. He's going to have to answer for his job creation record.

Putting aside there will not be 100 percent GOP support for Mittens- I point to his current support as an example- and point to the 'evangelist' wing as another... the GOP is a MINORITY party... MINORITY... meaning the GOP cannot win an election without support from some Democrats.

And as long as people like you keep telling people you and your fellow tea baggers are 'Republican', the GOP can count on not picking up any Democratic support.

Romney is bad candidate and he will be bad president. He supports war, he wants to unleash war with Iran and war with Russia, Romney is this man, who has reduced job places in USA to make profits for his corporation and he is very bad candidate.
Ron Paul is good candidate. He is American, he has proamerican proposals: More jobs, financial support for US middle class, US retired people, lower taxes, honest health care and honest social care. Ron Paul wants to end foreign wars and bring US troops to their homes and military bases in USA, Ron Paul will change foreign politics for normal politics: dialogue, changes in foreign ,,aid,,- money of US citizens for US citizens. Ron Paul is good, wise, credible candidate, who will be the best US president.

Obama won in 08 because McLame was a reach across the aisle dumbass RINO who refused to go negative.

Obama also won because he lied to the independents, he ran as a centrist to gain their trust and vote..as soon as he was elected he took the country as far to the left as possible as tfas as he could. They wont be duped this time around...they know he's a liar, a fake and a phoney.

If that doesn't beat the cow back into the barn. You are delusional.

There is no way Romney attracts as many votes as McCain/Palin.

Well at least you are loyal to the GOP Failed Ideas.

Hello, President Romney!!
In 2008, 120 Million voters participated, in 2010 50 Million Voters participated. We gave you a chance in 2010 and you blew your last chance to impress the nation.

in 2010 the Democrats and Independents stayed home.
