I'm a non union worker and I make a great hourly rate with 401k.

MY RAISE IS EFFECTIVE WHEN I AM. GO OUT AND EARN YOUR RAISE AND STOP GETTING YOUR UNION REP TO GET YOU A TOKEN QUARTER EVERY YEAR.

No I don't particularly care for deadbeats laying up and living off of other peoples hard work. But to increase your bankroll at others expense isn't right either. It seems to me that when the almighty dollar is more important than how you treat your fellow man, that person is lacking in character & usually only gives from his wallet, not his time or heart, to ease a guilty conscience. I sleep well at night
