ACLU Asks Holder About Indiana Gay Marriages
Attorneys on Friday asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to step in on behalf of hundreds of same-sex couples who were wed before a federal appeals court stayed an order striking down Indiana's gay marriage ban.

This is a HUGE hint as to how the court is going to rule. They likely would not have sped this up if they weren't thinking that any delay was causing more hurt to those being denied their rights.

The ACLU attorneys apparently petitioned AG Holder to intervene to get those couples who were married before the stay to have their marriages count for benefits in the meantime. Nothing has been sped up so far, if I'm following.
