Large quantities of Diesel Oil flowing through residential areas on its way to Bayou meto waters

Just as flood waters on D and J Road outside Stuttgart were flooding Homes and were over the top of Marker Flags the County had marked for digging out there came in the air a heavy smell of Diesel fuel. After walking over a quarter mile down hill I found that where the flood waters drain into a larger ditch heavy accumulations of floating fuel and much more floating away enroute to the Bayou Meto drainage that runs into the Bayou Meto. There is a fairly new Canal built on the East side of the County road and it was there that it was coming from. .

I did mention the photos that i took just incase this goes no further.
As i sit here writing I can smell the fuel on my clothes even though i only waded the waters in rubber boots that i took off.
Is there any wonder that migratory birds don't want to stop here any more. or that we have looked the other way too long .
The relift fuel tank the Management of people Department attributed this to is high above the flood waters and that this has been ocurring for a good while now.

a day later and the smell and oil film is still present. Checked with the EPA haz mat to learn that no report was made by the OEM.

Arkansas EPA Deemed it an Emergency then turned it over to local agents to take soil samples,

They must have found out who owns the Land.

NOONE EVER RESPONDED case closed
