There is a 30-day waiting period for public comment before final action is taken. Beebe's office says prosecuting attorneys have already objected to pardons for Scott and Bentley.

Needs to be investigated. Funny how prosecutors in two counties opposed real quick. What's wring with Clark county? Wonder if they they got some contributions and who? Needs to be looked at.

The four are Bobby Bentley of Hot Springs; Joshua Brown of Jonesboro; Byron Scott of Little Rock; and Chad Wright of Watson, Okla.
