Minnesota health exchange planning shifted to new agency

The Dayton administration is shifting responsibility for creating Minnesota's health insurance exchange to a new state agency.

So I gotta ask you, do you feel like you're a part of that gang?
I mean, do you feel that, even though some of your money is in that pot, you should have some say in how MY money, also in that pot, is spent?
