If the dealers do not like smoke, than why even apply to work there? That is a decision that they made.

The UAW should go back to what they do best. Ruin automakers. You have no right making decisions that affect my employment. You do not now or will ever represent me. You only represent a tiny fraction of the employees here yet your actions affect all and you bad press does not help our business. You try to make our employer look bad to the public, the people who come here and pay our wages.
I'll bet if the employees had a chance to vote you out, you would be gone. I think the employees not represented by you should get a vote about your future here. |
