Kansas law says abortion seekers may view fetal images first
Topeka, Kan. -- Gov. Kathleen Sebelius signed a bill Friday to ensure that women and girls seeking abortions in Kansas are allowed to see ultrasound images or hear their fetus' heartbeat before the procedure.

They are ALLOWED to see images and hear heartbeat before abortion.......It should be mandatory. Make these girls/women see and hear what they are getting ready to kill.

Mandatory? What would you do? Tape their eyes open? idiot.
If it were mandatory, then a case could be made that the state would have to pay for all those tests.

No dumbass, they could have to have an ultrasound, they might not watch. The heartbeat they would hear wheteher wanting to or not....unless they're deaf.
