Senate approves Kansas primary seat belt bill

Senators approved a bill Thursday allowing Kansas law enforcement officers to stop a vehicle if front-seat passengers seat aren't wearing seat belts.

I carry right side, behind my hipbone. It leaves me complete access to my pistol. For long trips, I carry cross-draw or in a shoulder holster. I can grab it with either hand. Neither of those two ways is very comfortable for normal out and about trips.
