Latest Kansas Budget Plan Relies on Stimulus
Kathleen Sebelius rely on federal stimulus funds to solve Kansas' budget woes. She's proposing to use about $909 million in federal stimulus funds to bolster the state budget.

Wrong thing to do. Never figure your budget according to what someone has promised you. Especially the government. I worked a number of years at a farmer owned co-operative that depended on patronage dividends from Farmland Industries to live on. About the second year Farmland lost money, we went broke. Promises have a habit of being broken. Live on what you have and consider kept promises as bonuses.

Very well said Earl, Obama's fiscal policies are going to ruin our country. He is using this "crisis" to push his political agenda at the expense of all American taxpayers. The stock market is down 25% since he took over, and the bottom is no where in sight. Kansas needs to reject this stimulus money and live within our means.
