To Jen Hussein,

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I reside in Kansas. I think I know better then you how easy it is in Kansas to get a late term abortion.
The guy they call Dr. Tiller, and I say THEY call, because doctors DO NOT KILL - they heal, has performed thousands of late term abortions.
Kansas is the late term abortion capital of the United States.
Tiller the Killer, has a proffessionsal arrangement with another Kansas doctor, who for years has rubber stamped every single request for a second opinion, regarding late term abortions.
That's not speculation, or assumption, or anything other then the revealed truth.
That has been a key point made in trying Tiller for committing illegal abortions.
Any abortionist in the USA can hire someone with a medical PhD, to certify that the mother's health is in danger.
Tiller is a state licensed Doctor.
His hired croney is another state licensed Doctor.
THAT MAKES TWO (2) INDEPENDENT PHYSICIANS
Jen, it's all about the money.
Remember this, ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!!!
You will always come to the proper conclusion

Do me a favor. The next 10 times you see a pregnant woman go up to her and ask her how her fetus is doing.
Or ask have you named your fetus yet?
Or do you know if your fetus is a boy or a girl?
Or has your fetus started kicking and moving around yet?
I bet that will go over like a turd in the swimming pool.
You may dissagree with me, and the Supreme Court may disagree with me, but every pregnant woman will tell you everything about HER BABY.
Jen is you support the right to abortion, or if you champion anyone's right to off a baby, or you are one who has had an abortion and are unrepentant then you are guilty of murder.
sorry if that make you angry with me, or makes you feel bad, but that's the truth.
You and others can argue all day long and it will mean absolutley nothing in the end, for you and those ohter's will still be a killers.
Didn't Tiller get a verdict of not guilty?

And how is Kansas the place to go for a late-term abortion? I'm not doubting you. I just don't understand how that came about.

Finally, the emotional attachment most women have to the fetus growing inside them does not confer personhood to that fetus that outweighs the mother's rights over her own body.

Jen Hussein,
I realize everyone thinks of Kansas as some backwoods, hill-billy state.
Yes, it is a prairie state and has a lot of MidWest values, but don't underestimate the corruption that runs throughout the state when it comes to politics.
And while I was twice elected as a Republican I am including both parties in that statement.
I will qualify it, by suggesting that the corruption from the Republican side pales in comparison to that of the Democrats.
Corruption abounds.
Kansas became the late term abortion capital of the USA because women from all over the country come here for an abortin procedure that would not be permitted in their own back yards.
We have had liberal governors since 1995 when Gov. Joan Finney left office. Finney was not liberal, and in fact she is the last Democrat I voted for.
She was replaced by Bill Graves, Liberal republican, for two terms. Graves was a RINO - a Republican In Name Only.
He was replaced in 2003 by Kathy Sebelius, a very Liberal Democrat.
Sebelius, is a close personal friend of Dr. Tiller the Killer. She has recvd. thousands upon thousands of dollars from Tiller.
She actually held a party in Tiller's honor in the Governor's Mansion.
Since that affair, the pictures have all become public. However, the Newspapers never published them. I have seen them as has many Kansans.
FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!! remember that.

Is Kansas more liberal than say Masachusetts or Maryland or Vermont?

Also, if Tillman was found not guilty doesn't that mean that he was following the law?

The moment conception occurs it is a human being, a person with all the rights under rule of law as anyone else. Plain and simple

I'm going to have to disagree with you there for the sake of personal reasons and science. It takes several days after sexual contact for implantation to occur. This is why the Plan B pill is NOT an abortion pill - more like a roadblock on the Sperm Expressway.

I recently gave birth and even the superfundamental pregnancy books I read didn't acknowledge a fetus as such until after 8 weeks. For the first two month of pregnancy, it's "just an embryo". Embryo =/= person. I love my baby, but I couldn't consider her an actual person until she reached the point where she could survive on her own outside of the womb, without medical intervention. This is what nature intended.

There's a lot of emotion involved in this, so I won't go any further. I just had to step in, since science was being disregarded.

I have some wire hangers in the closet that disagree with that ASSumption and guess what? You would never know because it's none of your phucking business. Get a life and stay out of mine and all women's business. Abortion is and always will be legal, here and throughout the world. You'll never unring this bell.
