The Obama Administration and the Democrats in Congress have gone far beyond their Constitutional authority.
The whole point of the prohibition of a religious test act was to prevent the government from outlawing the practise of the Catholic religion.
The establishment clause was designed to prevent the government from creating a national religion.
The free-exercise clause was designed to prevent government from trying to dictate policy to religion.
The Federal government has not been granted the authority to regulate or interfere in religious matters.
The Obama administration is going against the very principles upon which this nation was built.
The foundation our Constitution was built upon, was the natural law/natural rights philosophy.
Pragmatism, a pseudo-philosophy, did not appear until the 1870's.
