John Huntsman, Job Creator?

Jan 10, 2012 Full story: www.politifact.com 98

Politics Staff Feature

Last week The Wall Street Journal endorsed Jon Huntsman’s Jobs Plan. The paper called it

“Better than anything so far from the GOP Presidential field.”

In the debate on Sunday Huntsman touted his experience as Utah governor, and claimed that under his leadership Utah grew jobs faster than any other US state. Fact-checking website politifact.com rates this claim “half true.”

Weigh in: Do you trust Jon Huntsman as a job creator?

<quoted text>Thanks. Now they will leave because they are cowards. They go from board to board looking for people ganging up on one person and then they try to pile on. I found out when they try to do that, the best thing to do is to leave, but if someone sticks up for you, they are cowards, so they go away. They only like several people against one person. I've seen it before in here.
What brought such heat to you, was that you were asked to substantiate hateful statements, you made about Jon Huntsman......rather than supply valid sources...you continued your rant......Perhaps, you may enjoy a second chance to prove your indictments?......

This is a very good summation of the Republican campaign thus far, Pamela. I find that you have a very responsible way of stating your case WHEN you stick to politics. But I also see your name and rants lashing out at your detractors and I'm afraid these become counter-productive for you. I know exactly what you are talking about when you speak of these cybernetic stalkers and antagonizers. But to counter their every attack is like getting into a pissing contest with some pretty sick men. And constant urination is their way of life. So grit your teeth and bite the bullet if you can. Let them rant on and on, but you stick to your mission of getting Ron Paul elected President. I'm with you on that note, because I'm getting to like him more and more each day. I like the positon he has placed himself in. You're right about his gaining momentum at about the right pace so that he can sprint down the fnish line a winner. Hang in there, Pam, and I've got your back. I will be there to help put any bullies in their place.
I love a good fight. And I like that you seem to be such a grand fighter.
How do you feel about paul getting rid of the EPA?

Oh thank you. That is good advice, to just ignore the trolls and stick to trying to get Ron Paul elected. I really think he has a good chance. People think Romney has it all wrapped up, but I think Ron Paul supporters won't take no for an answer. They will fight on, and Paul could end up winning. At least his message about the Federal Reserve and cutting back on the military empire are finally getting out to the people. I started following him in 2007 when I heard him speak in the last Republican debates because I had never seen a politician tell the truth. I couldn't believe he was talking about us running up debt, about real things, so I looked into his views in his website, and I read some of his books. I voted for him in the last primary and will again this time. He is really something. He's one of a kind.

He made 9.25 BILLION dollars off of his chemical business in 2010. This is why he wants to end the EPA in the U.S.
You people do not watch the debates, then you attack people who do get the real information.
#1 He didn't make 9.25 billion, Huntsman Corp did, who his brother is the CEO. What you fail to mention is the other side of the Corporation, which is the Huntsman Cancer Research Institute, which by the way, was the 2nd highest charity contributor in 2008, only to be topped by Conrad Hilton.

#2 Where would you expect the Ambassador to China live? Tell me where you found his home in China and that he actually lives there?

#3 You are basing your opinion just one Corporation in Utah. You fail to mention all the Corporations that haved moved into Utah, or grew while Huntsman was Governor. Why would Utah have the lowest unemployment rate in the country while he was Governor and still continue to Grow? Utah is the #1 Business Friendly state in the country!!

I didn't say he lives in China now. I said it was very convenient for him to take a job in China at the same time that his father moved his multi billion dollar business to China. That way he got paid by the government to live in China and could oversee his father's business in China.

Play the debate back where one of the moderators asked him is it true his father send ALL of his jobs to China and India, and he said YES, yes he did. Imagine the jobs involved in a business that made over 9 billion dollars in one year? This is who you want to create jobs in the U.S.? You would trust him to be loyal to U.S. workers? He said he wants to abolish the EPA. His father's business is a chemical business. Not hard to connect the dots. I saw him on Huckabee last night. One lady asked him about the huge trade imbalance we have with China, and he looked guilty and scared that she was going to ask him about his father moving his business to China. He was close to being busted, and he knew it.

The people on MSNBC keep asking why is this guy running, what is he doing? Because they know him having worked for Obama, that the tea party would never support him. So why would a guy take a job in China from a Dem, quit and then run against same Dem for president and try to get votes from people who dislike Obama so much? It makes no sense other than if you look at the fact of this father's business moving to China and it being a chemical business and him wanting to get elected so he can end the EPA. It's all about his family business.

I think when Glenn Beck had his father on so many times on his show that he should have told his viewers that Jon Huntsman Sr. had sent all of his jobs to China and India. Beck sold him as the last honest American businessman. Beck joined the Mormon church in order to meet Huntsman Sr. and that is how he got his radio job. All of this stuff is about money, big money, nothing more.

Ron Paul 2012. We need an honest politician, and Ron Paul is the ONLY one. We don't need another war by Newt, another war by Perry for big oil companies, another war by Santorum nor the end of the EPA for Mr. Huntsman's business. WE need Ron Paul for the people, for the country, for the American people. And, if he doesn't win, then put Romney in there who at least won't do only things for his own business and who won't run and get us into another war.

Unless Ron Paul or Romney wins the nomination, might as well leave Obama in office. He will run up more and more debt and give the money to the people, whereas the rest of the Repubs will run up more and more debt for the rich and for the oil companies and war corporations on a new war in Iran. That's why Ron Paul and Romney are the only ones who could beat Obama. People are not stupid. They know what is going on.

Why would you want an American president whose only job in the private sector has been for his father's company that has all of its jobs in China and India?? He's a total phony and the far left defends him no matter what only because he worked for Obama even though he turned on Obama and is trying to run against Obama for president. It's like anyone who had anything to do with Obama, no matter how bad they are, the far left loons cheer that person on. If Romney or Newt had sent all of their jobs to India and China, the far left would be repeating it day and night, it would be all over these boards and on MSNBC on every show every single day.

The only place where the Ron Paul supporters are lucky is that the idiot tea party is so stupid that they don't like Huntsman just because he worked for Obama, so he has no chance. Same thing with Perry. Those idiot tea tards don't like Perry just because he gave the kids of illegals a break with regards to attending college in Texas. They don't look at the fact that Perry would do exactly what Bush did, start a big new war for the oil companies and for the rich war corporations. At least they don't like the really bad candidates, although it's for the wrong reasons.

The tea party is like little screaming babies who don't want a Libertarian, they want wars, they want the entitlemments, they want big huge spending, they don't want cuts, they repeat Fox. Fox tells them to vote for Newt, so they vote for Newt. It's a species split where the candidates have to deny global warming, deny evolution, say they hate socialism and guarantee them all SS and Medicare at the same time and sell them wars "for their protection" and spending cuts with new wars and with funding the massive entitlements. It's like a bunch of retards who want some perfect candidate who will do all only for them and make money fall out of the sky for them. Good luck to anyone trying to win getting the tea party votes. It's a waste of time. The Ron Paul supporters are going to win this election, not the fake tea party. Fox's candidate is toast now, so it's over for the Fox driven tea party.
