heres what i cant understand about this, ma wants nh stores that are also located in ma to tax ma residents now w/ that stupid logic that would mean any store located in ma that is also located in nh now if this was something that was stupid enough to happen why would ma have the right to get nh to tax ma residents one of the companies ma is going after is based out of conn i think they would be the ones in titled to any taxes collected so how would ma like it if conn made them collect any taxes collected
