Modify or cancel measure 11. We cannot afford it. Let the Judge decide what the sentences should be. Prison makes many people worse, Inside Oregon Prisons are so racist, it makes it harder for people to "fit in" when they do get out.
Also modify measure measure 11 for people already in custody that have already served half of their sentence, by letting them out early or letting them out on a bracelet if they have family that can help them with that, or a sponsor.
