Considering the sorry state of Oregon's jobless situation....always...it is OREGON after all....24/7 should be spent on, you know, effing JOBS.
Jesus Christ almighty things move like sludge in Oregon...always...it is OREGON after all where vacay mentality and knocking off at 5pm are stuck like cement.
