Man On Death Row Never Prosecuted In Mich. Killing

A man facing execution for a murder in Ohio has never been prosecuted for killing a Michigan video store operator during the same multi-state crime spree.
Would Michiganders feel closure if they could spend money and convict this man to a life sentence? He already has an end of life sentence in a state with the death penalty. If he were in Michigan we might try to rehabilitate him.
