JobsOhio relents on audit, will return public money - but not without protest

Any and All entities dealing with money have got to have someone audit what they are doing or find someone living large on the funds directed to their own use. You cannot trust many people anymore, they have no integrity. You put them in charge of money and many will eventually be tempted to dip into it. So don't lead them into temptation.
