Carroll interchange project moved to 2015 under Kasich plan
A $3 billion investment plan unveiled by Gov. John Kasich today would move construction of the proposed interchange at U.S. 33 and Winchester Road to 2015.

Complete waste of money. All that is needed is some Jersey wall to keep people from making left turns into New Rome of Fairfield county err I mean Carroll. Make bothei sides right in right out only. Let the rathole die.
