Groups file complaint over Ohioa s food stamp rules

Legal advocates for the poor have filed a civil rights complaint with the federal government over Ohio's move to waive work requirements for food stamp beneficiaries in certain counties while enforcing them in most.

These are ALL people without dependents children? Instead of food stamps, how about helping the people without disabilities move to the middle of the country where they can't get their crops in because their illegal migrants can't get that far up in the country this year? Or perhaps a one time payment to MOVE these adults to an area that has a lower unemployment wage. C'mon. Providing food to families with kids is one thing, but this is too much. No wonder we're so broke.
