"Democrats also plan to pass a bill to lower the tuition rate for illegal immigrant students who graduate from Colorado high schools. Currently, the students pay the out-of-state rate, which can be more than three times the resident rate."
Remember, folks, these are the people who say they are the best and the brightest...if that is so, then why do they whine about a tuition break for college, especially when they have already received 12 years of free schooling with all the bennies, including free breakfast/lunch!
Ever see Asian students who dominate our major educational institutions in line for this? No! They just save and scrimpt, without asking anything, and are the best and brightest!!!

One qualifying factor which may hold a majority of hispanic students back is the fact that you must graduate high school...almost 50% of hispanic students DO NOT graduate high school. Before we start the college thing, hispanics, let's focus on your kiddies graduating high school and stop being the lead in teen pregnancies...es verdad?!!!
