Should WV join the fight against "Obamacare"?
Mark Sorsaia, one of West Virginia's gubernatorial candidates, announced on Monday that if elected he plans to join the 26 states that have filed legal action against President Barack Obama's new health care law.

Alaska was party to the Florida lawsuit and considers Obamacare as unconstitutional and thus “null and void,” which was the ruling proclaimed to the State of Alaska (and 25 other states) by the District Court of the United States in Florida. Why not West Virginia and the other 49 states?
