You had many coal miners who loved to look down their noses at people who didnt have a job and how they ought to quit suckling on the government teet.

Now will be suckling on the government teet.

they can train them for non existant jobs ,NO WAIT , walmart needs greeters.............the US GOVERNMENT would have to print AT LEAST $640,000 per second FOR 50 YEARS TO PAY FOR THEIR 16 TRILLION DOLLARS SPENDING SPREE.as of today...

Cheers to the government. Obama is ruining our state and putting people into poverty. They should do something like this to make up for the horrible job loss they caused to WV families!

No, we should do something about the terrible job loss. Get rid of Obama and his eco-terrorist EPA.
Look at the state of North Dakota. 3% unemployment becasue of the oil business that the jack booted thugs of the Obama Administration have not been able to shut down. at least not yet.
the mines were hiring everywhere befor Obama was elected, now they are laying off.
Yes, I know the Obama Kool Aid Drinkers are going to say that there is slow down for coal demand world wide and that is true but part of that loss of demand is EPA policy.
