Go after the doctors writing the prescriptions.
Oh but if we did that then the doctors would lose money writing Rx and the drug companies would lose money if the supply was cut off and then it trickles down to the state who recieves money from all this business if they lost that then they would have to quit hiring police to chase these
idiots when they get high . Thats how I see it
