Possibly the nicest gesture Governor Gibbons has done since he took office, it may be his parting shot to leave it at half mast if his twin Sandoval gets elected. In a recent debate prior to the primary between these tow, everything Jim said Brian said the same thing in a few different words. What we have had for the past number of years needs to stop and we must find an alternative to the Gibbons/Sandoval theory that things will improve if we cut every department, service, school and not find additional resources for our state to operate.
