What is wrong with California Dem lawmakers???
The state is a mess financially and all they talk about is passing laws to increase taxes and fees???
Is it a wonder why so many people are just moving out of the state ?? They have had it with California.... let the illegals have it and let's see how they get them to pay the taxes.
