Washington's pot law won't get federal challenge

Disappointed but as long as pot smokers fall under the same restrictions as other smokers including bans on smoking in public places, restaurants etc. I don't see a problem.
If they have an accident they should be subject to additional testing if the smell of pot present. I also do NOT want "legalization" to be used as a get out of jail free card if the pot smokers are convicted of crimes crying "oh I'm hooked send me to rehab instead of jail".
And just like other LEGAL smokers if health insurance companies want to raise their premiums because they ARE A smoker they should be able to. If it's a smoke free workplace and no smoking as terms of employment those same stipulations should be placed on pot smokers. Same for a drug free work place or DFWP to all job applicants out there it pot comes up in your pre employment drug screen and you are denied a job do not cry.
