They may presently do so. But doing so is clearly contrary to the U.S. Constitution. IF a case ever got to SCOTUS challenging this non-recognition, I am confident that SCOTUS would rule that they must do so. States CANNOT constitutionally ignore parts of the U.S. Constitution that "they don't like".
There are 27 states that prohibit first cousin marriages. Of those, 14 have laws declaring that first cousin marriage is incestous. Some of those states do not allow ADOPTED first cousins to marry and consider relationships between adopted cousins as incestous. Some of those states consider other non-blood relationships to be incestous including: step-siblings and various relatives of step-parents. There are 4 additional states that prohibit first cousin marriage only if the couple can bear children. That is 31 states that prohibit first cousin marriage with 4 allowing exceptions if the couple is too old to bear children. The states that void first cousin marriages that were performed in other states have the most restrictive laws.

I didn't think that such a thing existed either. I looked up the judge mentioned in the article and he is a private judge.

So I'll ask again, where are the federal cases challenging these state bans based on the FFC clause?

If any person shall marry within the degrees prohibited by law, he shall be guilty of incest, and on conviction thereof he shall be fined five hundred dollars or imprisoned in the penitentiary not longer than ten years, or punished by both such fine and imprisonment, and such marriage shall be void.
Pull your head out of your butt and do a little research before claiming that something you know nothing about is a lie.

Don't put too much work into your responses. Once you post facts, FaFoxy/Frank/Fred/Daniel the resident pedophile will just claim it's all lies or that the Dems are all evil and then he'll bail for another topic where he can spew his stupidity.

One of the sites I found had listed states by whether or not they allowed first cousin marriages. The state names had links to the relevent state laws. There were also some lists that pertained to other information such as whether or not first cousin marriage was considered incest and whether prohibited marriages were voided. However, I am aware that Daniel/Frank/Fred/FaFoxy doesn't deal with or accept facts. It has a lot to do with the lack of adequate bloodflow to his brain due to the pressure of having his sphincter wrapped around his neck.

One can always hire a private judge to do pretty much anything you pay the judge for. Ohio does not recognize homosexual marriage and hence will not recognize such a divorce. The only recourse besides going to a state that does is to hire a private judge.

The judge's rulings are legally binding in the state of Ohio. He issued a divorce decree which is filed with the state.
