Connecticut Budget: Malloy starts with tax increases, where are the cuts?
I'm serious. I'm waiting to hear about these supposed $2 billion in cuts. Total spending by the state of Connecticut has increased from $13.4 billion in 2001 to an estimated $26.1 billion dollars in 2011.
