I would like to see someone in political office of a fairly high level come out as transgender - I think it would be a great help for the trans community.

Great link. My thanks. And Congrats to CN and all Trans people there. It's about time we (LGBT community) stopped the bus and picked you all back up.

All of you have endured being kicked to the sidelines by the National Orgs for far too long.

I am very pleased about this bill being signed into law in Connecticut. I have family there and when I visit I will be a lot more secure in the knowledge that any harmful discrimination I face will be illegal, giving recourse under the law.

I note that this is the very first time such a law has been passed *after* legal same sex marriage equality was instituted. Congratulations, Connecticut, and thank you!

Massachusetts? New York? It's your turn now!!
